Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return your items.

Returns

You may begin the return process by sending us an e-mail to contact@kidshive.com to report the reason and obtain the return label. The return costs will not be charged to you.

Kidshive will refund your order within 7 days from the date the package is received by our logistics team.

We also accept exchanges, the same procedure applies - send us an email and tell us more details.

Buyer's Remorese

If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 30 days of the day following receipt of your order. To ensure a smooth returns procedure, please notify us by e-mail at contact@kidshive.com.
We only accept returns for customer's remorse under the following conditions:

  • The item is new and unused
  • For items bearing a manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must not be opened
  • The item must not be damaged by the customer's handling or use
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Damages

If the products in your order are damaged, including packaging, or faulty, please contact us directly by e-mail at contact@kidshive.com within 48 hours of receipt.

In the aforementioned case, you will have 30 days to return these products and obtain a refund or replacement. This period begins on the day following receipt of your order.

You will not be charged for return shipping costs. Send us an e-mail at contact@kidshive.com to report the problem and obtain the return label.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge before the order dispatch email is sent. You may do so by sending us an email to contact@kidshive.com

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policies indicated above that correspond to the reason for your return.

Refund Procedure

The refund will be made once your product has been received in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Refunds will be made within 7 days. We will refund you on the same payment method that you used to place your order with us.
